Field Operations/Logistics Manager

The Mission of Field Operations is to make the end to end experience of every Guest as enjoyable, memorable and hassle free as possible. Field operations does so by providing the properties with all the furniture and utilities that a home would usually provide. We would like our guests to feel a sense of belonging, home, and happiness.

You will communicate with other departments to arrange the accommodations, keep on track with our inventory and solve inquiries our guests have regarding this topic as quickly as possible by using all resources as required. This also means creating, improving, and updating work processes and procedures so work can be done more effectively and efficiently. You are organised, flexible, able to lead a team and able to maintain a clean and safe warehouse. You are self motivated and you know how to get things done.

At Furnished.nl, we offer a full range of items and furniture for your house, apartment, studio or room to make it a place our customers can enjoy. We offer the full decorations and appliances for a set low price per month. We hope to create a home for everyone who would like to experience the ease of renting furniture and more. Over time, we will grow the company to be an international success and become market leader within the Netherlands. The team currently consists of a small group of people, who are looking to make the company grow to be a huge success. Minimum experience, education & skill requirements:

  • Finished a facility management, logistics or other relevant fields at bachelors or masters level.
  • You must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • At least 3 years experience within logistics or facility management.
  • You are communicative, organised, accurate and flexible.
  • You're a builder. As we grow as a company you want an opportunity to have an impact on shaping the

  • Have a driver's licence.
